MIXED MEDIA CANVAS ART & RESIN POURS
Connie will reveal techniques for the newly popular mixed media and resin pour art pieces. All products and materials are provided. Each student will leave with two completed pieces of two-party epoxy art samples.
THE ART OF CHINOISERIE
Connie Harris, a master decorative painter with more than 30 years of experience in the field, is set to teach the ancient art of Chinoiserie, particularly Decor Chinois as it applies to decorative painting in the design world.
Chinoiserie is the imitation or evocation of Chinese motifs and techniques in Western art, furniture, and architecture, especially in the 18th century. Students will learn the application of four different colorways with various components of the Decor Chinois patterns, creating samples on four impressive 24" x 36" wood panels. MURALS AND GRAFFITI ART
Connie Harris will go into deep detail about different mural and graffiti art style techniques. This will be great a hands-on opportunity to learn about various techniques and develop style.
